After 12 months, your information related to these stock requests will be securely deleted. If you make another stock request for a different item, that is treated as a new request, and the 12-month process restarts.

We utilize ShopWired as our e-commerce platform to manage our online store and stock notification requests. When you request a stock notification, your name, email address, and the product you requested are securely stored within ShopWired's systems.

ShopWired acts as a data processor on our behalf, meaning they process your data according to our instructions. We have a data processing agreement in place with ShopWired, which ensures they adhere to the requirements of the UK GDPR and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

Stock notifications may be delivered through ShopWired's automated email notification system or sent manually by our team. This allows us to provide personalised assistance and ensure you receive timely and accurate updates about product availability. In either case, your data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your stock notification request.
