Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, or if you've simply changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, including any postage and packaging charges. This applies if the goods are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note the refund will not include any costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us.

How to Return an Item

Send an email to team@7fiveyards.co.uk, including:

  • Your name and address
  • Order number
  • Date of order
  • Confirmation that you wish to return the item(s)

Once confirmed, you’ll be responsible for shipping the return. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend checking your bank or card statement and contacting your financial institution for further assistance, as processing times can vary.

If you made your purchase using a discount voucher, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid, rather than the full original price of the item.
