Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship directly from our warehouse in the lovely town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are continually exploring options to expand our services and hope to reach customers worldwide in the future.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Please see Delivery

How long do I have to return my order?

Not happy with your purchase? No worries! Our returns policy allows you to send it back within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see Returns

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We will provide you with tracking details so you can keep track of your order at every stage. from the time of shipment until your order is delivered to your home. Track your order 

Will there be an invoice included in the packaging?

The only invoice provided is the confirmation email you receive after ordering, so no problem sending it as a gift.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
