Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship directly from our warehouse in the lovely town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are continually exploring options to expand our services and hope to reach customers worldwide in the future.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order is important to us, and we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days! Just a heads-up that we take a break on weekends and bank holidays, so orders placed then will be shipped the next working day. Please see Delivery

I made a purchase but didn't received a confirmation email?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes these emails can end up there, so please take a look.
  • Email address: Double check that the email address you provided is correct. You can check this in your account if you created one.

How long do I have to return my order?

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We will provide you with tracking details so you can keep track of your order at every stage. from the time of shipment until your order is delivered to your home. 

Will there be an invoice included in the packaging?

Yes, an invoice is typically included. However, if you're sending it as a gift, contact us, and we’ll exclude it from the packaging. Don’t worry—you’ll still receive a digital copy via email.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. They are here to help and will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues. Rest assured, all orders are fully tracked for your peace of mind.
